At Beyond VenaCare Services LLC, we understand that healthcare is more than just treating illness. It's about caring for the whole person. Our team of compassionate healthcare professionals are dedicated to providing you with the support and guidance you need to achieve your health goals. To ensure better services please read description below.

Please assure you have the following: Picture ID, Insurance card and lab order with you.

Lab orders can be texted to (386) 559-4086, faxed (386) 698-4675 or emailed to info@beyondvenacareservices.com

Mobile Phlebotomy services require at least 24 hr. notice. Payment for services must be made prior to our team of professionals coming out to patient location.
At least a 12hr. prior notice must be giving by patient of a cancelation.

Mobile Lab Draw offers convenient and professional blood drawing services at your location. Our team of experienced phlebotomists ensures accurate and efficient sample collection.

Our office welcomes appointments & walk-in's.

Please review the information below to ensure you are prepared for your appointment.

*2-3 days before your appointment, a team member will contact you to confirm and complete you appointment.

* On the day of your appointment a Beyond VenaCare phlebotomist will call you to confirm your availability and inform you of estimated time of arrival based on the time you selected.

* If mobile services are requested at your place of employment please assure that a private room is available.

* Make sure that you follow any instructions that your doctor provides you regarding your test.

We are committed to ensure security and safety to both our patients and the phlebotomist who performs these collections. Please note that all employees will display a company badge with company logo, photo and name. To ensure a safe collection make sure:

•All pets are secured or put away in a separate room

•If at home, Collections must occur in a living room, family room and or front porch with adequate lighting available. Unless patient is bedridden.

•Minors must have an adult caregiver present at all time
