    Beyond VenaCare Services LLC is not a Laboratory. Our services range from blood collection, to point of care testing with the hope to expand to other services to better provide to our community and surrounding areas.

    At Beyond VenaCare Services LLC, we understand that your time is valuable. With our two ways to serve you, you have the convenience of having your blood work done your way. You can visit our office with extremely minimal wait times, or we can bring the lab to you. Save time and avoid disruptions to your day.

    Beyond VenaCare Services LLC is not a Laboratory. We charge a convenience fee for blood collection. We will process your labs and make sure that it is delivered to the lab of your choice 


    To ensure better services please read description below. 


    We accept major insurances.

     We offer blood collection services in our office or mobile services. 

    Please assure you have the following:


    Picture ID, Insurance card and lab order.


    Lab orders can be texted to (386) 559-4086, faxed (386) 698-4675 or emailed to info@beyondvenacareservices.com

     
    Mobile Phlebotomy services require at least 24 hr. notice. Payment for services must be made prior to our team of professionals coming out to patient location.
    At least a 12hr. prior notice must be giving by patient of a cancelation. 


    Mobile Lab Draw offers convenient and professional blood drawing services at your location. Our team of experienced phlebotomists ensures accurate and efficient sample collection.

    Thank you for scheduling and choosing Beyond VenaCare Services, LLC for your phlebotomy needs.

    Please review the information below to ensure you are prepared for your appointment.


    • Once we are notified of your appointment, we will call you to obtain additional information.
    • An appointment reminder will be sent out the day prior
    •  On the day of your appointment a Beyond VenaCare phlebotomist will call you to confirm your availability and inform you of estimated time of arrival based on the time you selected.


    We are committed to ensure security and safety to both our patients and the phlebotomist who performs these collections. Please note that all employees will display a company badge with company logo, photo and name. To ensure a safe collection make sure:


    • You follow any instructions that your doctor provides you regarding your test.


    *If mobile services are requested at home, all pets are to be secured or put away in a separate room 

    Collections must occur in a living room, family room and or front porch with adequate lighting available. Unless patient is bedridden.


    * If mobile services are requested at your place of employment, please assure that a private room is available.


    •Minors must have an adult caregiver present at all time
